Sales Organization Development Executive

Requirements

YOUR OPPORTUNITY: You will collect and process data/information related to Organization Development at Sales division (i.e. actual headcount, man power planning, readiness, technical skill, pelatihan history, development plan) by liasing with other departments/areas as routine report and data base. Facilitate Manager SOD Strategic Planning and other respective stakeholders to develop, maintain and up date pelatihan methodology, approach and development material of all functional skill (off the job & on the job) as national standards in order to support employee performance, career and organization development.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree with GPA : ≥ 3.00, preferably with Management or Psycology background
Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory level of sales organization development at FMCG industry will be an advantage
Good analytical thinking
Quick learner and easily adapt to new environment
Good communication skill
Advanced Computer Skill (Microsoft Application etc)

IS System Analyst - Sukorejo

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, or Engineering
• 3 - 5 year experiences in System development, support or System projects & implementations

• Having knowledge and experience in System development life-cycle using MS Visual Studio, MS SQL and web technologies
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
