JOB DESCRIPTION
Talent Development & HR Leader

This industry market leader is a Fortune 500 company. It is one of the world’s leading manufacturers, holding the leading position in the majority of the regional markets they do business in. With continued expansion throughout South East Asia, The HR Manager will have the kelewat / overall responsibility for leading the Human Resources division, with the objective of developing an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes quality and safety standards, empowerment, productivity, and the recruitment and ongoing Talent development of a superior workforce in Indonesia.

Role Summary

Ensure that appropriate production and maintenance workforce pelatihan strategies are in place and being applied
Develop and regularly review a clear succession planning view for the Country business. Leverage the expertise of the Regional Talent Management & Organisational Development leader, develop and apply appropriate strategies.
Ensure appropriate Leadership Development and other relevant soft skill programs are in place and able to be applied / sourced as and when is needed.
Negotiate cost effective, practical and timely labor relations agreements that meet the business and plant operating objectives. Support Plants in delivering specified outcomes and lead the business on broader industrial relations issues as they arise.
Ensure effective application of, the annual performance plan and review system.
Ensure application of appropriate compensation and benefit arrangements apply working within the Global and Regional parameters that apply. Work closely with the Compensation & Benefits Director, O-I Asia Pacific in this discipline.
Work with the Country Manufacturing lead in the development and implementation of an effective, efficient and appropriate Plant staffing model..
Contribute to the development of improving HR practices throughout the Region through pMaknacipation in regular HR Leadership Meetings.
Drive talent engagement and delivery throughout the business, working closely with the Country President to ensure jadwal meets short and long term goals.

Requirements:

Fluent in written and spoken English.
Minimum of 5 years working within HR leadership
HR or relevant business degree from a well-regarded university with a preference for postgraduate qualifications
Experience and knowledge of the Indonesian labour laws and regulations is a must have


The Person

Proven experience directing the HR function for a multinational manufacturing organisation
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with cross functional teams, management and front line associates
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
Proven experience impacting commercial outcomes through excellent talent and HR initiatives
